Fantastic. Gave them a call and was told to bring it in there and then. That in itself was a surprise as I thought I'd have to book it. It was set up there and then and fault diagnosed. It was sorted and computer was cleaned up and is now much faster. All inside and hour. Absolutely brilliant. Left with machine and it's working a treat. I will be more than happy to use again and recommend them.Thanks AgainDavid Ballingall

Avoid this business(s) like the plague. Terrible customer service and attitude, just wanted a quick buck. Machine was in worse condition than it was brought in. I Don’t believe it was even the business owner that did the job, it took 2 weeks when I was told it would be 3-4 day job. It was probably outsourced to someone who knackered it!Went to a proper repair service shop and they were pretty shocked at the quality and damage caused! I don’t have a clue how they are any good reviews on here. Again, avoid this place like the plague unless you want to use a service that forces you to come back and leech your money!

Amazing little place. My mum took her iPad as her charger broke inside it. Both men were wonderful and had it fixed within 12hrs, at a great price. Can not recommend this place enough. This will be the only place I go to get my computers and phones fixed from now on.

Great service, quality and value. Serious laptop failure fixed within a couple of hours of entering the shop. The gentleman investigated and demonstrated the problem in my presence then, on my return to collect it, clearly explained the repair and reinstallation process. Practically brand new machine.

My computer was written off almost as far as other engineers were concerned. Not at i-tech , they completed rejuvenated my laptop and I'm still using it as I type .

Worst customer service ever, went in for change of cooling fan for my laptop and came back worse, then wanted to gouge me for another £80 to find out the problems which I didnt have before leaving it with them, beware bad service and an even worse attitude.

Great wee place. He fixed my laptop problem in 2 mins even though myself and a friend tried to fix it for two days.
