Car Park 3 - The O2

I must give no star… worse parking ever. When you get there 20 employees for “helping” and when you are leaving turn a nightmare. It’s an absurd we paid for it.

So expensive. Make it reasonable for us that work there and need to park regularly

Worst experience and customer service I have ever experienced. True London IDGF attitude. The car park had only one exit for 2000 cars, which resulted in a terrible bottleneck and caused an enormous delay in getting out of the car park. Despite the obvious chaos and frustration of the customers, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and were huddled together, making the situation even more stressful.I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the experience was. It took me three hours to get out of the car park, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of organization and customer service is utterly shocking. To this day I am yet to receive a response.

It was a place I managed to park my vehicle for a few hours.Left a bitter taste in my mouth while watching a band play, felt a little like I'd had my trousers pulled down and bent over against my will but on the bright side at least my car was still there and not damaged or broken into on my return.

Parking from 0-2 hours £6. I think parking in London is getting more expensive nowadays. Also, once you exit the car park, traffic jams always the problems around O2 area. This is an outdoor car park so you have no clue which parking space is empty. Also, signages are not enough as well. You have no ideas which car park no are available for the event or general public.

First time, parked on a sunday, non-event day. Lots of spaces, at mid-day, was expecting it to be almost full. Planned to be there for most of the day, so rates seem to be comparable to other carparks for the duration and area. Didn't experience the traffic issues leaving, but can see that with road layout funneling from car park 4 and ongoing road works why it will cause issues during busy periods.

Expensive parking. Fixed day rate. Extremely busy most the time with long waiting queues. Avoid during peak times. Especially when there are major events being held at O2 Arena.

Car park was very clean and tidy. Easy to find place and park. Specially east access to O2 and Cable car. Also if someone want to go quickly Tesco.Highly recommended

Well located but good luck to find a spot to park there.It's always full and there is no sign to let you know. Furthermore, the gate doesn't open if the parking is full (which is good), but they didn't notify you and you just wait in front of the gate and need to guess why I'd doesn't spit the tkt and open to you...

Been trying to get out of the parking for 30 minutes and we're not even close the exit.
