Pizza was cold.overcooked and dry.. too an hour and a half to be delivered..don't waste your money on rubbish like this if your staying at a hotel like I was.. think they don't care because your not going to be a regular customer.. stick with bigger brand companies.. it cost more but the standards are always good.. not the absolute rubbish that this company are delivering

ZIO's used to be the place to go for a decent pizza past months been down hill. Just over an hour to arrive. Not too bad. Ordered deep pan was thin crust ans over cooked and forgot my can of rio too. :( cant see me coming back real shame

If I could give no stars I would .. it was the most horrific cardboard tasting pizza in my life . The the garlic bread more like garlic flavoured cardboard.. even if I gave it to a homeless person they would be disrespected ! What terrible experience even my dog turned its nose up at it n ran away. U should ashamed for even thinking to make or sell this feaces what you call food .

Shop stated pizza had been delivered when it hadn't. So had to wait for a fresh pizza to be made after proving by my ring doorbell as they tried to lie saying it had been.Pizza arrived hard & cold. Tasted disgusting I'm still awaiting a message of a apology as one of the workers started messaging me after 2 calls to the shop. I was told a manager would speak to me and didn't hear anything back.Completey gone down hill.

Ordered food with extra tomato base and never got extra we wanted and ordered a chilli base with extra sauce and never got chilli base but tomato instead and very little of it. Order was late. When ringing up to complain they fobbed me off with, next time discount nonsense. Chef gobbing off in the background as i was on phone complaining. Very bad service. I wont be ordering there again. GET A NEW CHEF

Ordered last night it took 2 hours and 25 minutes to come I rang after 90 mins and asked where it was he said the driver had left and it would be ten minutes. Half hour later still no food, I rang again another lad answered and said the driver was leaving now, so they lied. Eventually it arrived and pizza was under cooked and chips were cold. Never again will I order from here, since they’ve moved further down the street it’s gone right down hill. Don’t waste ur time, or if you think u will be hungry Wednesday order it on Tuesday then it might arrive on time. Just make sure the microwaves plugged in ready.As I said never again will they have my custom, I posted a Facebook status about it and people had said they have had the same experience with pizza Zio. Absolute messers. If I could give it a minus out of a hundred I’d give it minus 101

Ordered my food took 2 hours to be delivered was Stone cold when it finally come, it even had the texture like they'd microwaved it... usually the food is amazing and fast delivery but today it was shocking straight in the bin
