The salesman Paul was no less than excellent! Not pushy I’m any way but more than happy to spend with with me to ensure I had made the best purchase. He really is a credit to you, Well done Paul. His customer service skills were second to none. I could not think of a better sales man to give a 10/10 review to. By far the best salesman’s Dreams has...this man deserves a pay rise! Hopefully he is still working for dreams when I need my next mattress ... this is the only guy who I will be buying from. Thank you so much Paul, from one very happy customer :)

Brought a bed in 2018 and purchased 10years warranty after care. After care has been shocking I feel the mattress has sagged and sunken. The store finds it acceptable for home-serve to send a text message at 23:00 hours for a time slot the next day. Was phoned by the aftercare team at 08:10hrs on the day they were meant to arrive stating they were unable to attend due to not having equipment as it was left on the other van which is broken down. Dreams states it’s a 3rd party issue and don’t have much say in their policies. Be mindful when purchasing as there aftercare service is shocking.

Pleasant staff and very helpful.I've bought 2 orthopedic mattresses one we've had for 7 years and another for the spare bedroom.Firm yet comfortable 199gbpexcellent value for money.Highly recommend Dreams in Exeter Street Plymouth
