Absolutely tragic.My university organised a trip to New York,3-4 weeks before the trip I had problems with my visa, and I couldn't get it, plus my mother had health problems and I had to fly to her.The cost was about £1000, when I've informed my University I won't be able to go, due to not getting my visa, they contacted the Studylink...and their reply was...we will give you £170. Yep. That's it. That's that...So PLEASE PLEASE, BEWARE...that if someone from your family will die, you'll get I'll, there will be a problem with visa or anything else...YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Not even a decent half.I WILL NOT EVER, EVER, EVER decide on any further trips with them.And if there will be a trip in my 3rd year to New York... My first question will be...is it with Studylink. OUTRAGEOUS, AND MONEY GRABBING PEOPLE. ZERO UNDERSTANDING.BEWARE...or better... Use someone else.Thank you.

I organised a trip to Tokyo with study link tours and it was a breeze from start to finish, can't thank them enough!

Travelled to Barcelona with my University and it was the trip of a life time! Would highly recommend!
