Bob reached out really quick to setup a date for the install, arrived on time, did the install in the pouring rain took about an hour for the install and setup. Very nice guy helped with the mobile setup and clearly knows his stuff. 100% would recommend! brilliant bloke

The communication from Bob from our first contact was 1st class, dates were fixed, a visit was made, when a larger bracket was ordered followed by a quick and efficient install. Bob clearly cares about giving a good service, thankyou Bob !

I found Bob from a Google search and couldn't be happier with his service. We live in a remote part of Shropshire and he is very knowledgeable about Starlink and was full of information. He set us up quickly and efficiently. As a previous reviewer said...old school customer service.

Bob and his team are superb! Very helpful very knowledgeable fast and efficient. I could not have asked for more. You wont be disappointed. They advised me and installed my Starlink at my house.

Really knowledgeable and helpful company who did an excellent job and provided exceptional service - very speedily! Extremely patient as well, as Bob explained every step very thoroughly to an audience of two who aren’t very tech savvy!! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.

I called Bob on the Monday and had my dish installed on the Friday :) This is old school level of customer service, everything was so easy to arrange and the dish was installed within an hour. Working perfectly and looks great on the bracket, we have a large overhang on the roof but it was no problem to Bob.Professionalism at its best, would highly recommend this company.

Totally reliable and professional. Helped me understand what was going on and made specific recommendations for my property which was invaluable as I am not techy!! Available on the phone for all my questions. Couldn’t ask for more, great service!
