Great service by Jeremy, who sadly left the day after I picked up my car. He went out of his way to find me the car I wanted and even spent time going through all other options to ensure it was definitely the right car. I believe he went above and beyond. Also a shout out to Danny who was very helpful and patient with my subsequent after sales questions about car settings. thank you

I had to visit the garage very recently, i met an amazing lady Sophie and maintenance staff John, they are amazing assets for the company and i highly appreciate the honest and helful service i received, i have been to many dealers for other cars too and always thought that dealers were expensive and the quality of advice was poor, however, after visiting this garage i dont think this is the case, they most certainly go out of their way to help people, may God bless you all. I contacted this garage back in August regarding a motability vehicle and adaptions, was told they were training up more staff ready for an accreditation for mobility, and would contacted me in a week , and nothing I contacted them a further twice and was promised a call back and still waiting we now well into December.I am very disappointed as was also lieasing with the CEO of an adaptions that were going to fit a bespoke adaption which I had also explained this to the sales person I spoke to, I came to the conclusion if they can't be bothered to contact me then they don't deserve my custom.So I have been forced to find a different dealer and now go for different adaptions which is costing me a lot more now but at least the dealer keeps me informed of progress.Shocking treatment motability will be informed of the very poor customer care.Mr R Parsells!
