Wouldn’t advise going to them terribleService cars are broken half time and if ur look for a courtesy car definitely wouldn’t go here meant to be a like for like I have a 30k car and they give me a 10k van

Great place, helpful and nice staff. I had problem as I put wrong details in check in but it has been resolved so quick. Nice and new car for low price. Fully recommend.

Car hired no issues, deposit etc refunded then taken out of my daughters account again. They said they accepted the mistake but still not returned the money over a month later.

Car had a large amount of scratches and damage. £700 deposit a joke including a 10 day wait to have the deposit returned. Staff at the Tamworth branch were very friendly and professional, absolutely no complaints with them personally.

Charged money on my debit card without authorisation or knowledge 2 weeks after vehicle was returned.

I booked the car for 3 days and while booking it never mentioned that we are closed on bank holiday and i wont be able to return my car that day. I paid online in advance and when I went to collect it they told me that you will have to return the car 4th day but wont be charged for extra day if you return it by 8am. So thats what I did but I was charged extra for the 4th day and it should have deducted 40 50£ but they charged 138£ and no explanation.No transparency and extra charges without myconsent and it took 5 days to return my remaining deposit.

Let's hope they are as quick to reply to email as you were to this review.Good morningI am struggling to get any help with our problem and have had a couple of most unhelpful phonecalls to customer services.I do not have my rental agreement, it's a long term car rental through motability, I've had cars for several months and I do not know exact dates however I expect you have this information as it is your job to do so. We have had a few amounts taken from our account without verification. 1 amount was agreed for cleaning and 1 amount was a petrol top up even though it was not my fault as car broke down and had to be returned with low fuel however I'm not disputing that. I've been asked to provide bank statements however I am rather wary and think as you have these records and I have given you dates and amounts that should be enough, why should I give these private details for security reasons I do not want to give my bank details!I will ring accounts again today and see if I can get through to someone more helpful.So, 1 clean and 1 petrol top up.Here is the europcar transactions since February -9/2. 31.68. to EC29/4. 35.64. to EC17/6. 35.64. refund from EC18/5. 80.64 to EC22/6. 45. to EC25/7. 45. to EC

Brilliant service from the Tamworth branch. They were extremely busy when i needed a vehicle for work and it ended up that there were no vehicles available when i needed one. A quick call from them to discuss options and they pulled out the stops to secure me a free upgrade a couple of hours later. Went from the cheapest deal to a brand new kitted out Mercedes, no questions asked.
