Well where do I start ... ??Applied for a job, spent hours sorting my Cv and got an interview, Hooray Fantastic ... now to do the homework and get ready. HR rang me and I was asked would I like it in person or on a Teams link, I chose the Teams link as I live quite far away as I thought a first meeting would be fine on Teams.The day of the interview arrives I have done lots of work and research on the company, I'm nervous as hell but I'm ready, so at 1 o'clock I sit in front of my computer with the Teams meeting all ready to go, but after 15 mins noone has joined so I send the HR person a message to ask if there is a delay ?But the response is an out of office reply .... I'm getting the idea I've been forgotten uuuummm so I send another message to the HR ... what's going on please ????I then get a call from a HR representative from Doncaster, that the organiser of my interview is on holiday but they can reschedule my interview for the week after ..... but i'm on holiday myself I say and I'm on the North Norfolk coast and I know from prior experience the phone service is very patchy so could we make it the week after ?The answer was well I thought so rude. I just got a no it's next week but if you cannot do that then we are too busy and it was nice of you to apply but we have another candidate being interviewed and I will tell you what if they don't get the job I will ring you back how's that ......OMG I would never treat someone like that all that work I did to get ready n that's how they treat people & perspective employees what a s..t company ... Never again would I even look at this company and if you work for them, then good luck.A disgusting and disgraceful way to treat someone. Thanks 2Excel no wonder your jobs are always on indeed its not expansion its people constantly leaving due to the way you treat people.
