Went for some of my travel jabs, really friendly and clear advice, cheaper consultation fee than some places, and they had the rabies vaccine in stock which some other places didn't.

Student POV - my three day placement took place here and it was an excellent experience. The pharmacist was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. The staff were also very nice and inclusive. They immediately involved me with the workload and I really felt a part of the team. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to pharmacy students seeking experience or placement as the pharmacist is willing to provide insight and thoughtful approach to providing optimal care for patients.

Fantastic, friendly and efficient Travel Vaccination service. I was able to book a convenient next day appointment to get the travel jabs i needed. Brijesh Thaker looked up the recommended jabs and went through each one to determine what was needed plus other useful holiday safety information. I will definately use this service again.

I needed an emerge prescription on Saturday morning relating to my diabetes. Coldean was the only pharmacy stocking the item and showed incredible determination and tenacity to overcome the system to get me the prescription and item even though I do not live near them. This is a true community pharmacy staffed by caring and professional people. I cannot thank them enough or praise them highly enough.

I called two places to get holiday vaccinations. This was the friendliest one on the phone so we came here cold turkey.Lovely helpful staff, good health advice given. We will definitely use this pharmacy again and Coldean are lucky to have the staff onhand.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Went in for a booster/vaccine but as I'd already had 3 jabs, I was not allowed to receive my next one. That said was still given personalised treatment and had an informal chat about the NHS as I am new to the area.

Brilliant service. I managed to get a travel vaccination that no other pharmacy could offer, right away, without any waiting. The staff was super helpful and provided great advice for the trip. Strongly recommended for travel vaccinations.
