Prestige Marques - Audi Specialist

Bought audi A5 from Maurice, happy to pay the extra hoping it was as advertised well inspected and pristine for my wife and new daughter. Unfortunately it was immediately clear that the car had several issues and from the language used with my wife on test drive they were known about; specifically mentioned they work and within 48 hours apparent the ac was inoperable and cruise control/ start stop not functioning in any way. The 3 month warranty/ after sales experience with Maurice is dreadful, when I called to report my subsequent calls were ignored to the point I got one fault fixed through him and the rest my mechanic had to fix as his garage could not sort the issues/inexperienced. I am always happy to pay to get problems sorted but I despise poor customer service and to be ignored so I paid to set the car right but would never use or recommend prestige marques as a result - lied to and poor service things money won’t set right.

Buy a car with caution from this dealership! Bought an Audi A6 Advant - within 5 hours of driving it the engine light came on! Brought it to a garage of their choice for repair was told it was a sensor it was all fine then within 2 days the light was on again. Prestige came and lifted the car and refunded the money as this was the right thing to do as it was not sold fit for purpose.I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership, they clearly knew there was an issue with the car but continued to sell it anyway - shameless behavior really.

What can I say, Prestige Marques Audi, Ballynahinch are absolutely fantastic to deal with.The entire team are so helpful when doing business with them.Greg goes above and beyond to ensure all is in order with hassle free transactions and fantastic value for money.Maurice was reassuring over a matter I had with selling my car privately.The other staff are unreal with the way the car was presented.The car I bought is unreal, literally show room condition and all requests I had were dealt with and sorted.I don't see why there would ever be any reason to not buy a car off these guys.Don't go past them if looking a quality motor.Hassle free admin, fairly priced, promises / deals kept and a true professional service. Brilliant altogether.Thank you Greg & Maurice.

Superb buying experience !!After 16 years of company car ownership I sought advice on the best Audi guys in NI and was recommended Prestige.From the first phone call through to collection of vehicle and after care this fantastic family company have exceeded my expectations.Ably led by Maurice, Greg was a great source of advice and knowledge. The pride he took on showing my superbly presented and detailed car gave me huge confidence, Which after 4 months of ownership, has been richly deserved.It's hard to believe this is a second hand car - I prefer Greg's terminology... I recently bought an Audi Q5 from Prestige Marques. This is my third vehicle I have bought from them and as always it was the exact car I asked them to source for me.I gave a long list of requests to Greg and Maurice and they managed to fulfil every one of them.As much as I’m enjoying my third vehicle from the guys at Prestige, I’m already looking forward to my fourth!A special mention to the detailing team also who never fail to amaze with the condition they leave the cars for collection.Five stars. Wish I could give ten!

Recently bought a car from these guys, I travelled up from Cork. They collected me at Belfast train station, and could not have been more helpful.Leading up to the sale, Maurice was incredibly helpful with providing any details I required in order to verify VRT and that the car was NI registered.Anytime I texted a question he would ring me to go through everything in detail and left me in no doubt. The car was in pristine condition and I’m delighted with my purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or dealing with them in future.

What can I say about this company. After driving company cars for 24 years this is the first business style car I have purchased myself. This is also the first Audi I have owned and boy is it a cracker. A6 Advant with every bell and whistle possible. From the very first phone call to the owner and Greg the salesman who showed me around I can not fault these guys in any way. Perfect gentleman, very knowledgeable answered every question even sorted me out with extended warranty. Some car salesmen can be way to pushy and haven’t got a clue these guys are complete opposite. This is how buying a car experience should be. I will definitely be back next time I am changing

Highly recommended!Bought a Q5 quattro for my wife and the service I received is excellent, everything runs smoothly and very professional yet friendly. When I inquire about this car I am wary of salesman talk but it proved true to their word and action their passion not only to the car their selling but the satisfaction of customer is always to the fore.Sadly this exciting purchase dampened when my mother passed away but Marques and Gregg genuinely expressed their sympathy. This truly reflect your dedication for your customer' welfare.About the car it exceeds our expectation; it was presented like brand new.
