Just passing and made a spontaneous visit to check slow puncture. Could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Checked all tyres and inflated to correct pressure but slow puncture not found. Will return for reliable free pressure check. Thank you

All I can say is Top Tier !! The guys here are so friendly and switched on they fitted me in at a minutes notice when all other places where turning me away. Replaced my two front tyres, and found an issue that had been unsuccessfully diagnosed by multiple garages over the last 8 months. Would 100 percent recommend.

At ETB Autocentres we had a new tyre fitted due to puncture on the M3, mechanics were very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. In addition we urgently needed new wheel nuts to continue on our journey which they had delivered within 15 minutes and fitted at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Dropped in on the off chance ETB could check a loose undertray on my car. Seen straight away and problem fixed in no time. Back on the road In10 minutes and not even charged for their efforts. Brilliant!

Went to these guys yesterday.Customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend. I thought that I had a puncture. As I had to pump my tyres up after finding it to be flat. Visited ETB Tyres and I thought I’d have to pay £183 for a new tyre. They checked over and found only an air leak on outside of tyre.They Checked it and they then checked all my tyres for peace of mind at no cost. Excellent service. Surprised that not all garages focus on customer service.As most don’t really care. Thanks guys. Will be back Andy E.

Great service, thanks. Popped in with suspected puncture, diagnosed just a sticky valve and tyre ok, checked condition of all four tyres as ok, left less than ten minutes after I'd arrived without paying a penny! Definitely recommend.

On the occasions I've visited various Tyre/Autocentres I've always felt as though the staff were doing me a favour in undertaking tyre changes or simple jobs like valve changes.Today, I drove into ETB Autocentre Winchester and received the best service I've ever had. The Manager - Neville Martin couldn't have been more helpful and his staff were equally responsive. I would recommend everyone to sample their friendly and professional service next time you need a service, tyres, brakes etc.Many Thanks .
