Bought my daughters first drum Kit from here, and Andy was great, he helped us chose a suitable kit, help us pick a couple of upgrades and then talked us through setting it up on collection. Excellent service all round and would buy from heat again.

Great experience – great prices. I bought a Gretsch Renown kit from Andy and he was super helpful, always available and replied to emails quickly. The kit was ordered from the distributor in Europe and Andy gave it a check on arrival before securely packing them all up and sending them to me that evening. The kit arrived the following morning at 9.30am! What brilliant service. And what a brilliant kit, too. I was flying blind when I bought it – just had YouTube videos to go by – but this kit sounds a lot better than my old, much more expensive Sonor SQ1. The toms are alive and warm with a wonderful open sound that sings. Just what I was hoping for. And it tunes superbly too. I'm a Gretsch boy from now on. Thanks Andy!

They have a passion for music and happy to help and share their knowledge.Previously, buying some instruments on line to receive great service and communication.To then pop into the shop and meet Andy in person, he gave me such helpful advice about my gong.Highly recommend these guys.

Ordered a used Paiste 2002 15” sound edge hi hat for an amazing price, and it arrived the next day in near perfect, condition (just a tiny tiny amount of wear on the very edge). Absolutely incredible quality for the price. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

First time at the shop, which was recommended by my tutor. Upgraded hi-hats, hi-hat stand, crash, and changed snare head. Cymbals and stand were 2nd hand but great value and quality. Showed me how to change the drum head, too, and the right way to tune it. I'll be back for a ride cymbal plus some polish for the cymbals very soon. Great service and great value.

Awesome little shop with very knowledgeable staff, not only drums but the Liverpool music scene too! Good stock of vintage parts as well new, I was very impressed by the most incredible Slingerland kit I've ever seen!
