We were looking for a small car and through Autotrader found a Fiat 500 at Trust’d Motors and made an enquiry over the phone to which we had the greatest of pleasure to be spoken to by Jay he was very polite,professional and informative with absolute no pressure sales.We made the appointment for the following day and met him at the arranged time to view the car which had been described in the most accurate detail and offered a coffee and test drive to which the car drove perfectly.Jay was the ultimate professional in his manner and so informative and we paid the price advertised as the vehicle was already very competitively priced.Paid there and then and drove the car away.I must add that I am a retired General Manager with over 40 years in the motor trade and I can honestly say that this young man and his company are one of the best that I have had the pleasure in dealing with over the years.Jay is an ambassador for his company and you definitely will not get a better deal or a more honest and competitive deal than at Trust’d Motors.Ask for Jay you won’t be disappointed 5*

Saw a car advertised on Autotrader Trusted Motors in Manchester travelled for 5 hours from Scotland to see the car and was not disappointed. Jay and Vinnie could not have been nicer and the car was as described. There was no sales pressure whatsoever ,had a test drive and got a great price for our trade in and purchased the car . On the trip back to Scotland an issue arose with the car . When we contacted Jay he dealt with the issue immediately. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Trusted Motors .

We purchased a BMW 330D from Jay’s dealership back in March. The sales process was excellent and we loved the car. We did unfortunately experience some engine issues with the vehicle a few months after handover….we understand that sometimes these things happen and they cannot be avoided, even when the vehicle has full service history. We simply fell unlucky. However, Jay returned from abroad and resolved this for us instantly….calling our local BMW repairer and liaising with them for a full repair. We now have the vehicle back in our possession and are extremely pleased with how Jay has looked after us. We would be happy to recommend this dealership for both the sales and aftersales experience! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Had a verbal agreement with Jason and my son drove over an hour to complete the deal but when he got there Jason had just sold the car to someone else despite my having rung him to say my son was on his way. Shameful lack of morals. No apology. Not to be trusted.

Jay was a pleasure to deal with. We had to scrap our car (not worth fixing) and needed a car quickly. After scouring the country for what we wanted, we found the car on Trustd motors - this was Wednesday lunchtime.By 10:30 on Thursday morning, the car was sitting on my drive having been delivered (Manchester to Gloucester) by Jays driver. I test drove the car, and it has been exactly what we had hoped.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jay and Trustd motors to any of my friends or family.
