I was super impressed with Frosts removals from day 1. They took the time to review the house over a video call, came up with a quote and delivered in a friendly and professional manner for a good price.On the day, the 4 lads worked super hard and diligently - individually wrapping anything that could be broken and not baulking at any job. It was quite impressive to see them work and nothing got damaged in the process. They were in and out so quickly and efficiently I was shocked at just how easy it all was! I asked them if they wanted to take a break and they just pushed on to get the job done. Special care was taken of large items like our sofa and cabinet.All my dealings with the office team were excellent and no question was any bother for Rob/Andrew/CameromOverall thoroughly recommend Frosts and would use them for our next move for sure.

The service and expertise provided was of such a high standard. Could not recommend them enough! They managed to pack up everything we had asked for, and then assemble in the exact same way that you wouldn’t even know! They took the stress out of moving and were really helpful.

I was recommended this company by my estate agent and their price for removals and storage was very competitive. Cameron was very knowledgable and helpful arranging the whole process. The crew on the moving day was very punctual and professional to pack all our belongings and put into storage as well as dispose old furniture. So we used Frosts for our latest move. - move number 11 in the past 18 years, so we have moved a lot! A couple of bits of feedback.1. Reasonably quick response by email2. The team turned up a day before the planned date. (yes really, we got a call the night before saying they were coming early because they had a lot on on our planned moving day.)3. The team themselves worked hard on the day. - I tipped them.4. Packing was a bit iffy, there was no wrapping material used and breakables were literally thrown in with anything, as long as the box was filled.5. I was old they would come and collect all the boxes when i was ready. having told them i was ready, i was told they had all gone on holiday and would come back to me in the new year. (in three weeks!). So I was expected to hold on to the boxes for three weeks plus, or i could recycle them myself. - That was not what was agreed.Overall, bit chaotic, not doing what they said they would do,but the team themselves worked hard.

Honestly, these people were absolute superheroes when I moved from my flat into my first house. Their fee was competitive and reasonable, they came on time, and every single one of them was incredibly nice and polite and couldn't do enough to help. They are the best removal company I have ever used or ever even heard of. I really can't thank them enough. The contents of our 5 bed house was moved into storage by Khan, Jay, James and co of Frosts Removals. The whole process was seamless. They were efficient, friendly and thoroughly professional. They made what I expected to be a stressful day into an enjoyable and relaxed experience. I hope the same team will be available to move us into our new home when it is ready.

Extremely friendly, professional service! We've recommended Frosts to our other family members moving soon as the service was excellent from initial quotation stage to carrying out our move. Dan, Sufyan and Koby were so polite from the moment they arrived and took extra care to understand what was what, and where things should go. We were impressed with the speed that they carried out our move at both ends without compromising on how gentle they were with our possessions. They used a mattress bag to carry the mattress too. Nothing was too much and we cannot fault them!
