Great location, being opposite Chester Railway station. Limited free parking opposite after 6.30 pm.A dynamic, energetic performance from Nik Kershaw pleased the standing audience as he ripped out old and new ballads. The evening was over before it had begun!

Really impressed. Cheap beer, easy access in & out, good sound. Overall a nice venue & really hope it continues to build. Please get rid of the carpet on the mezzanine, my feet stuck to it so hard I lifted the carpet when lifting my feet after standing for a while... And that's no exaggeration.

A great night,great band from the early 80's a flock of seagulls. They had a new line up and there sound was so 80's still and really good .well I was a little Saturday night treat after dinner out .

Great venue. Good selection of beers. Stage set up was awesome. Saw 'Rushed' there (RUSH tribute band). They were fantastic. Would recommend for a gig. Photos of stage pre band and during gig ...

What a brilliant music venue.Went to see Nik Kershaw and had a great night.The shape and size of the room offers great views of the stage area and the sound is great.Getting served at the bar is efficient and the staff are friendly. Nika was super helpful.Beers are usual pub prices which is unusual for a music venue where they usually rip you off, and the guest ale was excellent.The NCP car park is across the road and the train station is a few minutes walk.

Really good venue. Have been there a few times, most recently to see Nik Kershaw. Well organised getting people in & out. Decent bars with good service. Good visibility of the stage in the main room as well as excellent sound. The balcony was very welcome for us more vertically challenged. Parking opposite which is handy, albeit over priced as you have to use paybyphone.Can get very warm in there, especially upstairs. Air conditioning units would be a bonus addition for warmer & busier nights.
