L Totman Roofing

Great job Jake and Nick on professionally repairing our roofing on one of the hottest days of the year. Thanks to Luke for going above and beyond on what we first agreed ,at no extra cost. I definitely would recommend L Totman and not hesitate to contact them for any other work we need doing in the future.

6 hours late, with no communication and we could not get in contact with him. As he was late he obviously didn't finish the job that day, so we were left of with no fascias and scaffolding for a very rainy weekend. Luke didn't turn up on the Monday until his labourers had basically finished the job. At this point, I pointed out the extremely wonky tiles and he told me he'd fix it. It still didn't look right once they had left, so we had to call them out, the photos attached are the result of him 'fixing it'. We then had gutters leaking no stop, it took him 5 weeks to eventually send his labourers to fix it, I assume he didn't come due to sheer embarrassment. Within those 5 weeks he was supposed to come numerous times, but just didn't show up and there was no explanation.We are still having problems so are having to pay for someone else to come and fix his cowboy workmanship and most worryingly this gent said 'I am constantly being called out to fix his work'.

Luke came out to repair some storm damage to the roof of our cottage. Very quick response, arrived when he said and done a great job.Never had any issues dealing with Luke and I can recommend his work very highly!

Luke came back eventually. His work does look good but took 3 visits and a year to perfect as the leak that we hired him for was not stopped the first or second time.
