HGV Advice.....A lesson in how to do it right.Radstock and Midsomer Norton are not the most convenient towns to to drive too as there are various low bridges and weight restrictions abound in this area, combined with narrow roads and lots of lorries, its best to just take your time.When you arrive. the yard is kept very tidy and there is plenty of room to manoeuvre. The staff are really helpful and polite.Ive always had a quick tip here. Top marks Integrity Print!

Owner refused to take complaint related calls after multiple quality issues in the labels produced by their subsidiary's were failing to be resolved after multiple contacts over months. I finally contacted the owner to escalate the complaint.Quote from email received in response to complaint. This is after just 2 voicemails both unanswered.”Mark [the owner] has asked me to pass on, with the greatest respect, he will not be taking your calls so can you please stop calling him.”When no issues then they are an ok supplier, but when you have problems with what they are delivering the situation changes and they lose interest . I honestly could never recommend them both in terms of customer service and in label quality.
