Absolutely outstanding service. Visiting Harlech from England and struggled to get my prescription which I really needed. The manager (I think) was just so helpful and he resolved my problem. So friendly too. If I lived in Harlech I’d have no hesitation in having my prescriptions sent here. Thank you so much.

Have not visited the store in person yet but had a phone conversation with Mathew who was very helpful and respectful. I will edit my review once I have visited the store in person but I expect it will be a good review judging by the polite way I was treated during my phone conversation.

Helpful, give-a-damn sort of person is Mark, the pharmacist. The company seems to be well on the ball too! I once sent a facebook message to Rowlands FB page on a Sunday and got my meds on monday morning. Mark has just helped a friend of mine when her England based practice said 'no'. Cheers for that :-)
