I took my 20 year old Peugeot in to the Tonbridge branch for MOT, service, and a number of large repairs and all the work was completed in one day to my total satisfaction and representing excellent value for money.Despite being short staffed Jason and his team must have worked very hard to achieve all this within one day.Thank you all very much, I am really grateful

I took our car to Kwik Fit Tonbridge last week for two news tyres but in the event it needed all four changed and the tracking adjusted. There was no sales pressure but the situation was well explained by Jason and his team did a good and efficient job. I’ve had similarly good experiences with them before and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I did also do a pretty thorough check beforehand of other suppliers and their prices were very competitive.

A mixed bag. Had to move my booking to a later date, made to wait a long time upon arrival when dropping the car off despite having a slot. Not called for several hours so had to chase. Upon collection the dashboard lights hadn’t been switched off so had to return to get it done later. Work itself seems fine and staff were friendly.

I drive to Kwik Fit without making an appointment. I'd driven down a steep kerb and was worried I had damaged my car's undercarriage.Jason immediately took my keys after I had explained what I'd done. He gave them to Elvis who put my car up on the inspection pit lift. Elvis then thoroughly inspected my car's underside. When he found that the engine protection cover was loose he spent ages securing it. My keys were then returned to me with a smile and I was not charged a penny. Thank you guys!Kwik fit was not the first garage I stopped at but it was the only one who immediately and thoroughly repaired my car instantly.

Excellent service from Jay and the team at Tonbridge. They quickly and efficiently fixed a number of faults to ensure that my cars were ready for mot. Excellent communication throughout the process and staff did all they could to make sure I got the cars back quickly.

Since the last time I serviced my car, I have been having issues with it. I have been to your office at Vale Road up to three times to see if the problem would be rectified, yet no one could give me an answer. For the past 5months I have been using my car, haven't noticed this red car with a key symbol signal on my dashboard till my battery was changed.Secondly, have been witnessing hard starting since then. While this is a car that was in good condition before going for a full service check.Haven't seen any light on the dashboard before and haven't witnessed this hard starting of a thing. So please I'm really disappointed and demoralised. Just hoping something would be done to it fast.

Car failed MOT which is fair enough and I asked them to repair it. I had to keep chasing them and I also found who could supply the non brand parts and informed them. After all that and then saying that they would source the parts and come back to me with a quote but they never did call me back. In the end I went to Nev'll fix it and they identified the correct part which was brand only and fitted it and put it through a fresh MOT in a week. I should have had the MOT retest for free with Kwik fit but no longer trust them to do the job correctly and so I paid twice but at least my car is now safe and working correctly.

I had a conversation with the manager about sending someone down and they would only need the car for 1 hour 30. 45 min before the car was even pulled in for the job it was booked in for. The vehicle left, nobody was interested in talking or answering questions. Vehicle left with same faults and nobody will answer the phone if tried all day.
