Honestly, before God and man Haart Estate Agent are brilliant! I contacted the Eastham branch early January 2023 and spoke to Mr. Matthew Gardner the operations manager about the challenges I have gone through and currently facing with regards to selling my property. It did not take him longer to recognised who he was dealing with, as I stitched him up some years back. The truth was initially I had wanted to sell my property way back in 2015 through him due to hardship but ended up dropping sale as I was influenced by few relatives. Having said that, Mr. Gardner did not base on the past disappointment but rather so proffesional in dealing with me. I said to him I want my property if possible sold by March 2023. And straight away after signing the sales contract, he began all the relevant processes to ensure my property is sold. It didn't take long, about a couple of weeks be He started to email me with different offers and how willing the buyers were. This went on until I agreed with the best offer.In Addition, throughout the selling processes I have had excellenct services from Helen both by email correspondences and by phone, who has been dealing with every paperwork, tracking every related issue. As well as every relevant / immediate responses required by myself, my solicitor or the buyers solicitor. I'm extremely grateful for your service and in many ways indebted to you all for your invaluable support. Thank you.
