Absolutely lovely staff . Very warm and welcoming and supportive. I had my hair done by Sophie and its absolutely beautiful for the first time in my life I enjoyed having someone else touch my hair. I had horrific experience with another company 13 years ago and In one appointment they had me reassured and helped my anxiety I cannot thank them all enough
