Always very pleased with their kind service.They listen to exactly what you want and are happy to change if you tell them you don’t like something. I find the paint and acrylics to last ages, without any chipping. My go to nail salon in Cambridge.Ps. They do Biabs (which I have on under shellac)

As a perfectionist I hardly rate anyone as five star.. however they did a great job far better than many other nail salons I’ve ever visited. In the photo you see my hails after 6 weeks, and today I’ll visit them again for infill and manicure. The service here is too inconsistent - sometimes my nails are great and sometimes not so much. Also, even if you have an appointment sometimes you end up waiting and spending hours due to be left mid-service. :(My last appointment waited 35 minutes past my appointment time and then when BIAB was applied it was too thick and had a noticeable humps and uneven texture. He also nicked my skin with the nail drill and that was it for me - giving up on this place.The people here are nice but it just seems like they take on too many clients and end up having to cut corners.

Went here with my old dad to get his nails cut. The lady was very lovely as were all the staff. Will be going regularly, highly recommended!

I would recommend booking as it’s popular but it is worth it! The whole salon is welcoming and friendly!The prices are affordable and reasonable for the level of service you get and the nail technician that dealt with me was extremely helpful! I had no idea what to choose and ended up going with their recommendation and trust the pro because they came out beautifully!Thank you for giving us a wonderful pamper session!

On my first visit approx. 4 wks ago I had a full pedicure which was lovely. I then returned with my daughter a week later for our pre holiday gel manicures. Wow oh wow, the super love lady who took care of my nails was brilliant, she pointed out how weak my nails were and suggested the shape I should keep them and added an extra bonding treatment, I had a simple french manicure and they are the best I've ever had. I've just returned from 2 weeks in Mallorca having been in the pool and sea every day and my nails are still perfect! Highly recommend, super kind staff.

The nail technician made a very good job of my nails. V efficient. Only downsize was although my app was 1.30 had to wait til 2.10 but they apologised and explained Friday and Saturday v busy with drop ins. In future I'll go Monday or Tuesday when not so busy.
