He is too cheap, change a gold link (supplied) into a Rolex, £3, you feel like you are at a real watch maker when at his place.

My Tag watch stopped working and was not sure what the issue was with. Took the watch to lovely gentleman who did a fantastic job and repaired this very swiftly within a week and charged me only £20 . This is a fantatsic price for the service i have recieved i am really happy with this great service and i reccommend you all take your watches here.

Excellent service and excellent price. Can't be faulted, just bit difficult to find first time, most people would walk past and never know the shop existed.

I have this1930’s genuine Rolex. It needed work as it gained time and stopped frequently. Nowhere, and I tried so many high class places, could fix it or would even attempt it. One company even sent it away for 4 months and returned it as irreparable. By chance I read a review for Norman Taylor and I thought there was no harm in one last try. He was doubtful but said he’d have a go. After a week he asked for another week as he had a couple of things left to try and, sure enough, he managed to get the watch working. I have no idea what he’s done but it’s something the others couldn’t do. So pleased. Nothing but a 5 star recommendation for this traditional watch guru.

Kevin is aways pleasant, very knowledgeable and honest and his prices are always reasonable. Have been going to him for at least 15 years for watch repairs and replacement batteries. Can't fault the guy.
