We homed a lockdown puppy back in September and - as first time dog owners - had a lot to learn.Janine was fab from the word go, fast and helpful with contact especially when things were up in the air with rules changing at short notice.We had some in person group sessions, some individual sessions to support us with particular issues, and some zoom sessions too.Although we were sorry to miss the socialising aspect of the in person group, the zoom sessions worked really well. Janine’s videos were really useful, she talked us through strategies and it was great to be able to try them there and then at home without distractions.The zoom sessions were brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JEM.

Fantastic classes - very professional. Janine and Lorraine clearly love what they do and are very good at it, knowledgeable and friendly. We've achieved great results with our puppy and have learned a lot ourselves. Would highly recommend if you're looking for training classes ☺️

Excellent training for puppies

We are coming to the end of our puppy training course with the Jem Canine coaching team and honestly don't know where we'd be without Janine's support, teachings and overall friendliness.If you have a puppy or a dog sign up, you won't regret it and don't worry about having that one noisy puppy. They all get vocal at some points.Our pup Nova (french bulldog) is one of the more Vocal sometimes in class and we've never felt embarrassed by her because of the support and lessons we've been taught how to manage her boredom and learnt how to positively train and all those puppy specifics.We can't wait to start our bronze course and keep our journey going with them.Also she does amazing teething boxes and Treato boxes tooThanks so much for your help and support.

THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Don’t hesitate to book in with Janine at JEM Canine Coaching! We took our very excitable 15 week old puppy to the KC GCDS Puppy Foundation classes, and then upon completion followed on with the KC GCDS Bronze Award. Janine and Lorraine are absolutely wonderful. We couldn’t be happier with Janine’s approach to training and helping your companion to be the best they can be - always with care, consideration, kindness and fun - just how it should be. These classes have truly built the foundations of shaping our lovely pup into a happy, healthy, well-rounded young dog, through socialisation, but also by giving us the skills, knowledge and confidence to be able to do this and have a wonderful relationship with our puppy. We have all looked forward to every class and it has been such a joyful experience for us all. We will be back in the future for more classes for sure!
