Tarpaulins Shop

I purchased a couple of waterproof pool table covers which were completely useless as they both leaked badly the first sign of rain.I came across this bad boy which is heavy duty, heavy weight and waterproof. I simply laid it over my pool table and folded both corners inwards then secured both ends with a cable tie, this was easily enough to withstand 3 months of snow, ice and heavy rain, no worries.I recently removed this cover to air out the cloth and it was bone dry. I highly recommend this item for anyone wanting an outdoor pool table cover or garden furniture etc

I ordered a tarp for a 5 week campervan trip and paid next day delivery as I was late with the order. The order was to my brother in law's address as that was my first stop. I didn't arrive so phoned. The man on the other end was very abrupt and blamed dpd, the courier. I know they usually message as soon as the receive the order and i had heard nothing. I then had to give my next destination where i was staying 3 nights. Still no delivery so had to cancel the order. I was refunded the price of the tarp but am over £20 out of pocket for the delivery charge and excess for next day delivery. Now I know that if Tarpaulins Shop are blaming dpd for the failed delivery then that failure is not their fault, but it is not mine either. I did send another email stating this and wrote that | would be prepared to split that cost but heard nothing from them.I would not recommend Tarpaulins Shop. Terrible service.

I just Bought a clear tarpaulin from them and they deliver it before time. I am extremely happy with there service. Highly Recommended

Messaged to say tarpaulins I ordered were not in stock although web site said they were, took money and wanted me to take alternative tarps which we’re not suitable so I asked for a refund. Email to say would be refunded in 2 days, that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Won’t answer emails.
