Grove Lodge and Courtyard
I worked in the Grove for a year and some months and it was a good experience. The staff were really welcoming from my very first shift and they treat each other like one big family. Tracy who is currently the manager, is very supportive of the staff and the well-being of the residents. The grove is a very good place to work if you want to feel like you are part of something good and a nice place to live as a resident because the management cares about the best interests of the residents.

I've worked alongside Grove Lodge and the courtyard professionally for years, and I have always been very happy with the care and support they provide for the people in their care. Nothing is too much effort for the staff, and they are always proactive in their liaison with other involved professionals. Can't recommend highly enough.

My time at the courtyard was an adventure, I had good days and bad but the staff here were absolutely brilliant, very supportive and always there in time of need. The staff were friendly and kind and the food was lovely. The housekeepers were always nice and chatty. I got a lot out of been here and now I live independently. Xx

I would like to say how professional all the staff are atGrove Lodge Middlesborough. I call to speak to them often from Australia about my nephew who reside there. Tracy, Sydney and Ella are always so helpful, and I would like to thank them all of them for their great work they do.

INCREDIBLY rude staff that do not even wait for you to take your medication before gallumping off and more importantly ensure you HAVE taken it. Wouldn't be surprised if ANOTHER resident ends up with a broken arm at this rate.
