We had a fantastic private consultation with Poppy which focused on the behaviour of our 4 year old following the birth of our second baby. It was a great opportunity to vent and let everything out in a safe space. Poppy is a great listener and was very insightful about what was going on. She provided us with lots of useful information to help us understand what might be behind the recent behaviour and she worked through different frameworks with us to provide us with practical tools we could use. We’ve been able to put these into action and it’s certainly helped make our family calmer and happier - thank you Poppy!

We had a consultation session with the Family Happiness Consultant- Poppy is warm, friendly and really helped us unpick some of our issues with our toddler. She helped us focus on the long term goals as well as quick wins on tough days. As well as being very knowledgeable, Poppy bought a sense of humour to the session to and was able to relate to the realities of parenting young children, from the delightful to the difficult. I would thoroughly recommend her services to anyone who wants to feel more confident in their parenting and learn more about what is going on behind the tantrums.
