Sent me faulty cargos along with a hoodie that had loose seams, I asked for the missing part of the cargos to be sent out to me they said no I had to return the whole garment. Stupid. Then I get a gift card to buy the pants again and they’ve not added the shipping I paid, they add the shipping and then the cargos are gone off the site, terrific, had I known this I would have just found some buckle details for the ankle myself, that’s all I asked to be sent out. The missing ankle straps, what a joke. AVOID people

I bought a pair of sliders from the sale and they were tied together with a rubber band. They are different sizes and both right foot. I went in store and they had no sliders available and told me to contact customer services online for a replacement. Contacted customer services and they said they can't do anything... so what am I meant to do with two right foots and two wrong sizes ): /: not happy. Avoid

I bought some items in the sale about 2 months ago and was advised upon returning them I could only have a credit note. No problem. I then bought a couple of more hoodies in the same size and the fitments are completely different. So I return the items and it takes them about 2 weeks to reply to the returned goods. Any customer service response takes at least a week. So far I have missed several offers I would have bought something with my credit note but Customer Service have failed to sort out my credit note. They told me I had a credit note and I tried to use it and it had expired. Again another week to get a response. Then the credit note system isn't working so they asked me to buy something and would credit me back. Nobody seems to take any responsibility for unhappy customers and they certainly don't seem to be able to handle the volume or queries they are getting. Shocking and will never purchase anything from them again.

Horrible Customer Service online.Such a shame for a great company with good quality products to have this kind of Customer Service in 2022 knowing all the competition out there.Hidden fees were added once the package was already paid and was asked to pay almost double to be able to collect it.Couture Club claimed that it is stated somewhere on the website which is BS or at least hidden with a small font that customers can’t see.Charlotte in the customer service is very rude and helpless. I was doing her job and all the follow up about the package.

I’d actually would have put 0 stars if I could, I have bought allot of items from couture, even though they look nice, the quality after washing is awful. Leggings slide down or sea-threw I have the shimmer green and navy blue with couture up the leg they’re awful. T-shirts lose their shape after a few washes. Will never buy again

I absolute love couture club ! You should never have got rid of the bigger store at Trafford centre . Was disappointed to turn up to a smaller store with less women’s clothes.

Websites Great. Trafford Centre Store However IS TERRIBLE. The staff are just a constant idgaf attitude . Want help? Dont ask. They will literally pretend to look in the back for u for 15s and then walk out and say no sorry. At least make it believable next time…Ive been in this store many many times and its been this “attitude” for over a year now. Its a shame tbh.. the staff pull the brand name down. If i see something that isnt in my size, i don't even bother asking because it just wastes my time. Cold truth.

This is my first time purchasing from Couture and I love it. The quality and comfort is unmatched.I purchased a couple tees and a hoodie and they are now my favourite pieces. Highly recommend if you're after quality.
