Me and my mum were really pleased with our nails!

Made appointment for 9am in person in shop,details written in book...stood for 30 mins on day and told dont open until 9.30...no apology...its my mistake ??didn't have time for fill treatment booked then rushed thru and charged more than woman next to me for same treatment...maybe just a bad day but not a good experience...gutted as local to me .

Had an appointment with my Mum & daughter. Came into the shop & it was mobbed. I didnt get my nails done as they were so busy. 3 different members of staff did my Mum & daughters nails. I've never seen the 2 female member's of staff before. The nails were all different shapes and lengths! All ragged and looked horrible. Definitely won't be back. The service before yesterday was great but this was a joke! AAVOID

Communication was an issue as the nail tech couldn't understand what I was asking for. Another customer helped explain so we finally reached an understanding (or so I thought). The lady doing my nails was extremely rude and abrupt when politely asked to correct wonky nail extensions. She said 'if you don't like it I can take it off and you can go'. She didn't do any cuticle work at all and rushed me out the door. The nails are mismatched lengths from one hand to the other and the gel is protruding too much from the nail. Initially asked for french tip nails but had to stop at the 3rd nail and ask for one colour instead as they looked like a child had painted them on with tipp-ex. The lady aggressively said 'NO!' when I asked if I could change to one colour and then agreed if I paid extra to which I obliged. I paid £40, waste of money, the experience would have been more palatable and the bad work more forgivable had the lady not had such a disgusting rotten attitude. Despite this I paid in full and left without casuing a fuss. The pictures speak for themselves. Definitely won't be going back as the staff lack basic customer etiquette and will be warning friends not to visit either.

Fabulous salon been coming here since they opened staff are always so friendly and chatty love my nails every time spa pedicures are amazing wouldn't go anywhere else ❤

I booked an appointment for shellac. I’ve been growing my nails for a while and they’ve finally gotten to a length that I wanted. When I went to the salon asked them not to use the electric file on my nails as it thins them and ruins them, the man used it anyway. I chose to just ignore it. I also asked them not to file my nail down too much with the manual file, as I had finally grown them to the length I wanted, I only wanted them to file them down a little. Unfortunately, the man went very heavy with the file, I had to ask him to stop and to please go lightly, he still didn’t listen. He spoke with the female nail technician, who then shouted for someone else to come, he came out from the back drying his hands, he asked me what I wanted and looked at my hands. I explained that I didn’t mind the other man doing it, but I just didn’t want them going in heavy with the file. He took my finger and started filing too hard to the point I was pulling my finger away, as the nail was going down too short. He grabbed my finger back, and told me to sit straight. He started talking (in a angry tone) in his own language to his colleagues. I eventually just said that I was sorry and that I wanted to leave because they weren’t listening to me. He agreed that I should leave and that was that, I left. Me and my friends got our nails done here before, and they were lovely. I just felt it was very rushed today, there was no time taken to understand what I actually wanted. It’s not hard to do what your client asks and is paying you for
