Overall bad customer service. The more I ask for other people's opinions, the feedback always comes back as not good regards lettings. Finally we'll choose another state agent.

This was a difficult sale and James Burley from RM English did a great job, his patience and perseverance was outstanding which led to the sale going through. I would thoroughly recommend James and RM English to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.
