Stock N Lock Self Storage

Stock N Lock produced a lovely service, with great affordability. I was very pleased with the overall site and the features of the facility. I was accompanied by Robert Tonks who was very welcoming and gave great customer care. He explained everything thoroughly and showed a wonderful understanding of the company and what he was offering. The process was easy and seamless, I would recommend this storage facility to all.

We have used a couple of self storage places and this place is certainly the best. Clean and totally secure. The staff are so friendly and helpful, in fact I will be sorry to empty our lock-up. Fantastic experience from the start.I had by concerns RE storage as I'd never used it before. I now needed to store my home contents between moves and was concerned about damp for example with mattresses and other fabrics. Though after some research and coming here I was put at ease and realised that this isn't an issue nowadays and with the better places.It is climate controlled (static temp all year round), very modern (only 7 years old), clean (immaculately so), tidy and smart.The staff are also wonderful - especially Toni. I had also contacted another company across Worcester RE storage and they badgered me relentlessly - at least half a dozen calls over a week. And nearly all of the Google reviews for that place named the person by name and all have only ever given that 1 review - suspect?!? Out of principle for hating the hard sell I went with these. Alternatively Toni called once, was polite and respectful when I said I wanted to think about it, not pushy at all - in fact when I turned up in person was very patient and explained everything letting me pick sizes etc.Wouldn't delay in recommending to anyone.

We were delighted with the service provided by Stock N Lock in Worcester - incredibly helpful and friendly from the first interaction. Every member of the team that we met was fantastic, especially Toni who went out of her way to help us when our removal company let us down and we needed extra storage at short notice. It was particularly refreshing to do business with a company that are not out to get extra money out of you at every opportunity - prices very reasonable and no hidden extras or long contracts required. Very pleased.

Absolutely superb. We were in a real pickle after moving half across the world and needed storage pretty quickly. They were professional, extremely helpful and very friendly. They really helped us and we are very grateful to them.

I rented a unit 3 years ago to store items belonging to my late son. The staff at Worcester stock and lock could not have been more helpful and compassionate.The building is always clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful right until I had the strength of mind to empty the unit and sort out my sons belongings I could not recommend them highly enough.
