Parking is behind the building as you approach off the main road, that wasn't clear to me before first attending, but once there it's very clear. Receptionist was helpful and polite, building was clean and bright and plenty of parking available.

Good facilities. If visiting you will most likely need to use an overflow car park. Make sure you get directions to its location.

A lot of money has been spent for the redevelopment of the Pool area, and the Innovation Centre is a great example. It's comfortable and hi-tech.

Various offices off a central hub which has a small cafe sited there. Good to ask where to go. The cafe is open to the public to visit and have lunch and or coffee.
