The guys who installed it were great too, in particular Pablo as know it wasn’t the easiest task with the steps! It’s encouraging us to use our outdoor space which we’ve never done before. I purchased my first tub in 2018 online and was told it was a British manufactured spa with good warranty and quick lead times. I quickly found out once it was delivered it was a cheap Chinese tub with a American heater put together in a unit somewhere in the U.K.From the moment it was delivered it didn't work and the company very quickly went from replying to emails every day to nothing, it was impossible to get hold of them to get the tub working.After 6 months of constant battling to get answers i called Sam from Forest spas to do me a report on the tub so i could claim my money back through my credit card provider.Sam arrived on time and produced a report quickly and efficiently meaning I could get all of my money back from my credit card.I have since bought another hot tub from Sam and the team and I could not be happier with the product or service! I LOVE MY ASPEN SPA!!From the moment it arrived to now it has had no problems and has been used daily. I would recommend Forest Spas to anyone and everyone that is looking at purchasing there very own bit of luxury for the back garden.Thanks guys see you soon.Zoe x

Having nearly purchased a hot tub from artic spas I was so pleased to find this little gem of a business. Family run, honest, knowledgeable staff and really easy to deal with. I’m 100% satisfied with my hot tub which was installed today by sam and his friendly team member. Quality product at an affordable price. Following a recommendation from a close friend we purchased our first hot tub from Wyre Forest Spas .After thinking we wouldn't be able to get a tub to the rear of our house,2 weeks later and after a 30 meter crane lift ,we were able to have the tub on our back patioGreat service and advice from Sam and the team.Highly recommended.
