Zina is phenomenal! She is incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through her suggestions for the appointment and maintenance. Her new space is gorgeous and it was easy to talk to Zina as a friend! My skin feels amazing, extractions were great and I’m glowing. I am from out of town but would come back to Zina anytime I’m in London, she’s the best esthetician!!

Zina is fantastic. I had a great experience, and took my mother for her first facial here who loves it as well. The Bespoke Facial is a wonderful service - you can walk in and leave yourself in Zina's expert hands, who will give you exactly what you need. I find it much less stressful than trying to pick what I need when booking. It is a very professional place where you are just being cared for, and never upsold. I highly recommend it!

Zina was AMAZING. This was probably the best facial I’ve ever had. My skin feels like new. She tailored the treatment to exactly what my skin needed and gave me great advice on my skincare routine. She explained each step of the facial as she was doing it and made me feel totally relaxed. Would 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be going back!! Thank you!

As a 26 year old wrinkle-prevention-injection virgin, I was very anxious about coming out of the process looking like a stiff, botched Beverly Hills resident.But Zina was incredibly understanding and reassuring. She put me at ease straight away, explaining forehead muscle anatomy and advising (without pressuring) on which areas to treat to fix my needs, whilst maintaining a natural look.The process was totally pain-free, and when a couple of weeks later, I felt like I’d prefer even less movement, she took the time to meet with me and top up, free of charge.There may be cheaper places in London, but for a first time experience, this was worth every penny.

I had a wonderful bespoke facial with Zina! I was nervous as it was my first ever facial, but Zina made me feel so comfortable and she is incredibly knowledgeable. I felt in safe hands and my skin felt amazing for days afterwards. I will definitely be back.

I have a mark/scar on my back, 6 months and seems to be very slowly healing (hopefully). Zina was very unprofessional when I approached her about it. I will be a lot more cautious about where I book in future. Disappointed by the whole experience .

Rescued by aesthetics is fantastic - would 100% recommend. I have went for facials with Zina in the lead up to my wedding and the difference was incredible. She was very results oriented & adapted everything to my skin type. I will definitely continue to go there for facials.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Zina, she truly is phenomenal! It was my first time having a facial and dermaplaning and I went on my birthday as a treat to myself. Her space is immaculate, she is super friendly but still very professional. She's also very knowledgeable about her craft and talks you through each step of the treatment. I genuinely left there with the biggest smile on my face and my skin was GLOWING and still is a week on. I'm definitely going back!
