Our parents having used 3 other estate agents with little interest shown, which was blamed on Brexit, it was a pleasure to have Paul who was straight talking and with excellent advice who sold the property for us at the full asking price. We first used Berkeley's to arrange a long term let for our property on Sandbanks. The Residential Department was very efficient and dealt with any minor issues without troubling us. Ellie has the right personality for the job.When we decided to sell the property in the unusual times wrought by Covid, the Sales team, led by Natalie, sensibly recommended a price to sell. She only considered potential purchasers who did not have anything to sell and who had evidence of available funds. Her methods proved her right and it was sold within a week.

Cannot praise and recommend Berkeleys enough for the professional and sympathetic way they handled the sale of my elderly Aunts house. We were kept informed and updated every step of the negotiations and sale and given very helpful advice. We dealt with Natalie Dodd each time we viewed properties through Berkeleys estate agents. I can't praise Berkeleys highly enough. They truly went the extra mile to get my sale over the line. We have been very impressed with Berkleys and in particular Natalie Dodd. Trying to purchase a property whilst many miles away is difficult but they made the whole process easy. Once the purchase was underway Natalie was very helpful providing videos and specific measurements to allow decisions to be made prior to moving in. On the whole they were very good.

Whilst on a property search in Canford Cliffs starting in late 2018, we viewed numerous properties with Natalie and eventually purchased our new lovely home through her in July 2019. I must say throughout the whole process, she from the start showed true professionalism, wasn’t pushy and always kept us up to date. She truly made the whole stress of buying a place a breeze. Berkeleys were most helpful at all times in helping us sell out late mothers flat in Canford Cliffs. Their communication was excellent and they gave good advice on pricing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. We highly recommend them, particularly the Canford Cliffs office.
