Frosts Hardware Shop

Good level of stock, but only use in a dire emergency. I have never, ever, been to a more expensive hardware shop in my life. Cheap quality with huge prices.

Brilliant shop with a vast range of tools, fixings, general hardware, gifts, outdoor furniture... much much more.Very helpful family team who really want to ensure you're able to find what you need.When you drop in ensure you look at the absolutely amazing pieces of bespoke wooden furniture etc ... breathtaking craftsmanship by the owners incredibly talented son.

Poor quality, very expensive, unhelpful rude manager.

Been going to this shop for many years on our holiday always purchased many items, but after being watched while shopping with a member of staff actually standing in the isle watching me shop I then went on to buy a very over priced cheese knife I left the shop only to be followed out of the shop by a member of staff (the one that was watching us) my daughter in law was then stopped out side and accused of stealing a pack of cheap dog wet wipes, which they had to put back as there where u suitable for there dog she felt very embarrassed and I felt that the lady was very rude and unprofessional considering she spent the whole time watching us she would have know we didn’t take anything!! We will never attend or purchase anything from this store again and would advise anyone doing so to be very careful what they look at or touch as they could to be accused of stealing, there are many other good retailers in saunderfoot and would strongly recommend you do not visit this one

You can always get what you want. It's a brilliant shop

They got everything.Very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to give a great service.Frost is a great asset to the area.Parking at rear as well.

Needed some patio gas, great they had it in stock but charged way over the standard price. When queried suggested gas prices had recently gone up. A check online reveals it would still have been cheaper to get it delivered from calor even with the £5 delivery fee. Makes me think they are a bit dishonest.

After a recommendation from the village, I visited Frosts on Friday looking for a phone power pack - I had a work call that afternoon. It’s end of season and they’d sold out.Without hesitation they offered to help and I left my phone with them for a much needed top up - they wouldn’t accept any payment for helping me out.Thank you Frosts! Great shop full of all sorts of useful things, friendly and helpful owners and a wonderful experience.Thank you for helping me out.
