Everything was explained in plain English which was helpful, and Lauren offered advice throughout.We would thoroughly recommend Brevis!

Having dealt with solicitors before, Brevis were a breath of fresh air. It's like they've bought the house buying process into the 21st century.Extremely useful online dashboard and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process.I will definitely be using them again for future house moves.

I would massively recommend Brevis! Do NOT use.I’m a first time buyer and reading the reviews I thought I was in the best hands. I was wrong!.There is no communication with your account manager, I had to do all the chasing to get things sorted.I ended up at 1 stage having two account managers as mine was off that’s when communication got worse as I had two people dealing with my property and they weren’t communicating, that meant two lots of the same emails and not knowing where I stood.I hand delivered a contract which took 48hours for my account manager to receive even though she knew it was at reception. Very lazy couldn’t even walk down stairs and get a contract!They forgot to send part of the contract as well so I had to then re sign and hand deliver again to make the process quicker.Forgetting to carry out certain checks which then caused a massive hold up and delayed the process which my account manager finally held her hand up to and admit fault.The amount I paid and how much work and stress I had to do to get my property through, I think is shocking the money I spent I done half the work and sorted all communications myself.If I could turn back the clock I would have never gone with brevis law I would have found someone else. Awful, stressful and slow that is not what I was expecting from them when they advise that. My first time buying experience was poor from them.Stay away

I would highly recommend Brevis.Used them for a property sale and I received excellent service from Lauren to complete, what turned out to be a challenging transaction. She stayed on top of everything and provided a professional service despite very difficult and unresponsive solicitors on the other side.

Having the experience of using two previous online conveyancing companies, we certainly noticed the difference with Brevis. This company goes out of its way to provide excellent service. Everyone you speak to is helpful and, without doubt, you can always get in touch with your account manager. This is not the case with some solicitors/conveyancers. From start to finish we found them to have a positive attitude and in spite of our transaction not being as straightforward as some, Brevis gave us confidence that all would be well - and it was.
