Recently Popped into Snappy Snaps Salisbury to get some printing done. I was greeted by a lovely lady called Ania who helped me with using the machines to print some photos from my phone. Top notch customer service there, will recommend her services to all my friends and family.

Friendly service. I only used Snappy Snaps as a return point for a DPD parcel I was sending back, but I was made to feel welcome. The nice lady serving knew exactly why I was there and guided me through the return process.

Great choice and THE BEST place to go if you need personalized gift.At first I felt overwhelmed by the option this store has. But Anna really helped me with my last minute (oh s** I forgot about my anniversary - GIFT).She took her time with me and went through all the options they have. My partner was very happy with his personalized cup and pillows.Thank you!

First class customer service & end product. Ania was exceptionally helpful with helping me decide on finished prints and even cut and framed one of the more awkward sized prints for me. Dealt with other customers whilst my prints were printing and was very knowledgeable about passport photos for babies. Highly recommended and very well priced.

Went to get photos from a disposable camera I used at a festival developed. The process of leaving them there was very simple and development was fast. However, when I got them back, some of the scans resulted in photos being cut off in the prints.I went back to the shop several days later and Anya was very helpful, making sure that I got another set of scans, properly aligned, free of charge. She went above and beyond, giving me a few different scans that she had achieved and I was very happy with the results. Her service was stellar and she is a credit to SnappySnaps!

Popped in for a father's day present but didn't actually know what I wanted. the lady here was so knowledgeable and so friendly, and I now have an amazing present for my dad and even a card with his picture on it. Absolutely new favourite store, amazing in here, thank you to the ladie who helped, wish I had got her name.
