Popped into the new store yesterday with my husband as he loves the watches. Ended up being in there for over 2 hours. We were met by a lovely young man named Dylan. He did everything he could to make our experience as smooth as possible. Needless to say, a watch was purchased. Thankyou Dylan, what a polite and kind young man you are. Such a pleasure to deal with!

I was hosted by Labiba for my pre-booked appointment and it was a wonderful experience. I felt extremely welcomed by her and her fantastic colleagues.This was my first retail experience of the high end Swiss Watch market and the bar has been set incredibly high! Needless to say, a perfect timepiece was purchased.I will be back and will be recommending friends and family to this fantastic store.

Great experience from Bailey and the team. Being new to the Breitling brand I always felt it was for the older gentlemen, however the experience and collections on offer really had a great appeal to a younger chap too. Will surely be back again.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, every member of staff in the shop spoke with us and showed an interest in us during the purchase of the watch. Went out to the Highcross with the intention of buying an Omega but the products demonstrated and the service provided by the 4 members staff in the shop saw me leaving with a Breitling.
