I have just taken delivery of a pre registered 2022 MG ZS from Purbeck MG. Richard the sales person was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the minute I stepped inside the showroom through to collecting the car just a few days later, arranged around my availability. I discussed my desire to have some stability around my future servicing costs. Richard put together a bespoke service plan for 5 years which includes the cost of the cars two first MOT’s. I look forward to dealing with Richard and the team at Wool and Bovington Motors over the ownership of the car and the peace of mind the service plan has given me. The reviews of the local business speak volumes and it is refreshing to not receive any type of typically expected pushy sales techniques. The vehicle itself was immaculately presented and even kept in the on-site workshop awaiting my arrival on a horrible wet and blustery day until I was ready to drive away. Richard kindly put in half a tank of fuel into our new ZS and gave me a very fair part ex price on my outgoing vehicle. This is the first time I have felt the need to write a public online review. If only other companies had a Richard working for them.

I Collected my new MG HS Exclusive from Purbeck MG. What a car ! the car was ordered by Richard the salesman who is a great guy to deal with, he was very helpful from start to collection day, he kept me updated and answered any questions I had, when I collected the car he guided me around the cars settings I was never rushed and was made to feel very happy. PURBECK MG is very clean with very helpful staff has the complete range of MGs and also has ⛽️ pumps, if you are looking to buy new or used MGs I highly recommend that you visit PURBECK MG.

Bought an ex-demonstrator MG HS PHEV from Purbeck MG in January. The car had 98 miles on it and was the best deal across the country. Travelled from Bristol to see the car which was immaculate. Had no issues with it since and couldn't be happier. Richard was brilliant to deal with, both in person and over the phone.He called back when he said he was going and answered all questions I had.Called up today with a query and called me back 5 minutes later with the answer.Fantastic service! Thank you!!

Many thanks to Richard Custard for all the assistance he gave me with the purchase of my new MG5. Nothing was too much trouble. With regards the MG5, I have had it a month now and can honestly say it's a great car. I have a daily 50 mile round trip commute and with my previous car I had to charge it every night but with the MG it's now every third night. I am confident that driving it normally in Eco mode I will get 180 miles range. No more problems with range anxiety!

Took our VW Polo in for an MOT this morning and left nearly in tears.We lost everything we owned during covid and have had to start again. Our car is not worth muchbut it gets us to work etc. recently our key fob broke and we have been sticking it together knowing a new one costs £160 not knowing if the car will even pass the MOT.When i handed this over, the little older guy in the reception looked at me like i was a child, havent you got a spare he said? !!! I explained we did but it didnt work without the omobiliser. So you havent paired it up then!?.I apologised like a blithering child and he harshly said.well if it breaks it wasn't me. That was the main reason i told him!. Anyway his attitude was really condescending and intimidating. And he could do with a lesson of customer service and how to smile. I really didnt want to go back and get my car. I walked home trying to make excuses that maybe hes having a bad day or has lost someone recently but if i felt that upset with his harsh attitude to our lack of having a more wealthier car. Then it needed to be said.

Was looking for a MG Exclusive manual in blue and red interior.I contacted the sales department and spoke to Richard Custard. What a lovely man. Very friendly, informative and easy to talk to. He kept us up to date all the way of the process. We travelled from North Devon to pick the car up. Everything was ready, showed us the basics and if we had any questions. Rung me up the day after to check everything OK. Excellent thank you Richard.

Delighted with the service I have received here from Andy Mason and all the technicians.I had a brand new MG5 EV last year, which I had sourced elsewhere. A problem developed with the central locking which couldn't be sorted out by another dealer, as they couldn't be bothered to fault find.Purbeck MG spent a very long time and much effort trying to fix the problem and eventually they were successful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Today I have had my first service and at a very reasonable price.If you are looking for an alternative dealer for Ford or MG in the Dorset area I highly recommend these guys. They are a main dealer but still with the personal local touch and traditional values .

Recently bought an ex-demo LR MGZS EV from this dealership - outstanding service from start to finish, stunning car with an exemplary sales procedure which sets a benchmark and its really great to see such an outstanding competent and enterprising dealership in my catchment area within a 30-40 mins radius. The one person I would specially like to recommend is their senior manager Richard C -whose service is nothing short of outstanding. Genuinely impressed and would highly recommend people to visit this showroom or to book your next car especially EV.
