Horrific customer experience, only use if absolutely necessary. The post office is not fit for purpose since moving to the back of WHSmiths. You will face long queues with minimal amount of staff. Be prepared to wait a long time for something as simple as a QR return.

Extremely busy and slow no matter what time of day you go. Location is terrible, in a shopping centre at the back of a WHSmith on the 1st floor so takes a fair bit of time and walking to reach it. Was spoken to rather rudely and despite being polite and friendly. All I was doing was following the instructions given on the Royal Mail delivery card, I was told I was wrong?

Very rude staff, despite being five minutes away from closing, she refuse to let me collect parcel. Worst service I ever had in Nottingham

The staff do their very best. Usually only two visible, one behind the counter dealing with a queue of 20+ people, the other trying to do all the other tasks like sorting deliveries and helping people at the self-service kiosks. The staff tell me it's always like this".So tremendously well done to a team that offer the best service they possibly can

An extremely bad experience. Sent an item worth £1300 here which turned out to be lost. I could not track the parcel because of the lost receipt and when I returned to the post office again the staff refused to help with a copy of the receipt or a tracking number. Three months have passed with no progress and no way to claim.

The worst post office ever, I feel people they just dont want to help and work. Missy, not organized and so disappointing

I'd pre-paid and printed my labels so should have been quite a quick process, but still ended up waiting about ten minutes as there was only one very busy chap helping out the self-service queue on a weekday lunchtime. He was doing a good job but he had about ten people asking him questions! Could do with some more assistamce on the self-service area to speed things up.

Dreadful customer service, 5 tills and one working staff member. I queued for 25 minutes to be told that they couldn't renew my photo licence as 'too busy'. Agent said I needed to make an appointment. There's no indication of this process on PO website and no contact details. So essentially I'd have to queue for half an hour to make an appointment in order to come back another day and spend another half an hour queuing to attend it. I'm not sure why I expected better from an organisation which imprisoned a significant proportion of its own staff rather than admit its own failings....

Although the service people are generally nice, it’s always understaffed and doesn’t make use of all of its tills when it’s the main post office for the city, so obviously gets extremely busy. Witnessed a female member of staff who was hurrying everyone within the last 15 minutes of the store opening, she was quite rude and brash to a young lady who was clearly stressed out, definitely not the behaviour and attitude i’d expect of someone who’s job is to help and serve customers.
