New screen after impact on the A1 on way to Lincoln. Excess a nightmare but better than full cost for sure.

Great team. Kept in contact well, sorted my windscreen and car came back in exactly the same condition as it left, no scuffs 10/10 very happy with service!

Don't bother using this company there the biggest liars in the world they left me with no work for three days and there excuse was we can't get your windscreen and make different excuse every time I spoke to them they shouldn't be allowed to carry on trading bunch of crooks

We booked this Company to repair our badly cracked windescreen. We were told by our Insurance Company to use them. We called the Company at 09:30 to tell them we would be on time. We arrived at the correct time having driven for an hour in 2 cars so that we could drive to Hastings whilst the 3 hour repair was done.The building was locked up when we got there. We called the Contact Centre 5 times and nobody could tell us why it was locked up until call No. 6. The handler Les was extremely helpful and called 3 Managers to find the reason. My wife was upset and crying in the car due to the stress.Eventually Les told us the Depot Manager was off sick and someone" was tasked with informing Customers. This hadn't happened and we wasted a whole afternoon. We asked the Company for some compensation if we re-booked but they were very unhelpful.We went with a different Company in the end"

Great customer service unfortunately they weren’t able to help with the repair of my rear window but that was only a affordability and time issue with myself but with my previous car they did a fantastic job hence why they were the first place I tried

Came out to replace my van windscreen. Nice guys and got the job done quickly given the size of the glass!Only knocked off a star as had previously had 3 visits from them to replace glass on my previous vehicle but their office team kept sending them out with the wrong windscreen, so 3 mornings of work lost.

Robbie branch manager was rude and not helpful, made my partner cryAvoid this branch as Robbie branch manager has not got a clue

Good but so busy to have appointment if you not coming from insurance company

Rob at the Hastings branch managed to fit my car in the same day, thanks to a cancellation. Efficient and helpful service. Google maps appears to be taking you round in circles (due to the one-way system on the industrial estate) but it will get you there in the end.
