First time client with my cat having dental problems and I can not praise the team enough. Staff are so polite and caring, he needed teeth cleaned and some removed, I thought this was going to be a very costly visit but not the case very reasonable. Thank you Katie and the rest of the team he is back to his old self. Highly recommend ❤So this is my second visit with Rae Bean & Partners for a routine check, inoculations, flee treatment and worming and again I can't fault the the service give at reception or by Candela the veterinary that dealt with my cat. I have now joined the pets club as recommended by Candela and my cat will now have regular affordable treatments.Highly recommendedMany thanks from a very appreciative customer.

Just got new puppy 9 weeks ago and never had a puppy before , so I was very anxious about my little Maisie . First visit and we were met by friendly caring and knowledgeable staff . Molly looked after Maisie and gave her a thorough check and reassurance as I am a very new puppy owner. Been back 4 times since for vaccines micro chipping and skin conditionExcellent staff each time and now Maisie knows lovely fiona and wags her tail as soon as she see her.. She got a tummy bug and seen Julian who quickly seen Maisie was poorly and he gave her excellent treatment, and listened patiently to all my worries and concerns. Back again Wednesday for check up. Reception staff all kind and very helpful when you phoneExcellent practice and I would highly recommend this practice to all my fiends and family. I felt confident and safe and very happy with Maisie 's treatmentBig thank you to all the lovely staff we have met thereFrom Maisie and her family.

I took my dog for a six month routine check as part of a pet care plan. The consultation identified a urinary tract infection which I wasn’t aware of. Glad I took her. Excellent service as always.

Been with the practice for years, always exceptional service, treat your pet like thier own, all the vets are lovely, don’t rush you and explain everything in a way you can understand, give you the options and don’t push you to make a decision, I travel to use this vet as they are the best around. Always have time for you. Thank you for taking such good care of my pets.

Not our closest vets, but been with them 23 years now and still worth the drive. All the staff are caring and compassionate. Pet plan helps spread the inevitable rising costs of having pets.

Our poor cat was run over Saturday morning and left for dead. Luckily he was rescued from the middle of the road by a passerby and brought to Rae, Been & Partners. Unfortunately for our cat that’s when he became unlucky! The vet, Charlotte, played down his injuries, she even missed an injury which has only come to light yesterday. She only seemed interested in ensuring our cat was collected at 12.30 so the vet practice could shut at 1pm.Charlotte missed that our cat had an injury to his left ankle, she sent him home to us with 2 pelvic breaks (which she had said was a hip break, when I questioned this on the phone to her she replied saying hip and pelvis was the same!). She provided inadequate pain relief for our cat who was in agony for days waiting for surgery. Charlotte did not send the referral for surgery as an emergency, the surgery she sent it to said she had only sent it Monday afternoon! The surgery she referred our pet to did not have any spaces for surgery until Thursday! We then rushed our pet to Calder Vets on Tuesday morning as he had begun to decline and hadn’t eaten or drunk anything since the car hit him on Saturday. My poor wife had been feeding him via syringe every couple of hours. It was while our pet was with Calder vets that they discovered he also had an injured left ankle as well as the 2 pelvic fractures to his right side, Charlotte had completely missed this ankle injury and this meant our pet then had to be transferred to another surgery as he needs a specialist orthopaedic surgeon. During this wait he had developed anaemia and hypokalaemia. We will be contacting the Royal College of Vetrinary Surgeons regarding the substandard care our poor pet was given at this practice and by Charlotte.Had Charlotte competently assessed our pet and informed us he needed immediate emergency care then this is what we would have sought for him, she should not have sent him home with 5 days worth of buprenorphine syringes for us to try mange him. Complete incompetence. We are now still waiting for surgery for our pet, hopefully this afternoon, which we have been told is touch and go as to if he can survive it!*update* we have since received an invoice through the post charging us for a full day stay at their practice. Our cat was with them for a total of 3 hours maximum!! And a charge for the incompetent veterinarian assessment!
