Hidden Hearing Norwich have been nothing but an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their after care service is non existent and all they care about is taking money. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle!!

I have been with Hidden Hearing, Norwich, Norfolk since May 2022.My recent visit during December 2023 was my second review, this was a full hearing test during which my records were up dated and my hearing aids adjusted to conform with the test, these procedures continue to give me confidence to use Hidden Hearing's aids.I will continue to use Hidden Hearing as my hearing supplier.

Nice welcome, offered a coffee as specialist running a few minutes late. I am sure they are very good but I didn't feel I needed another hearing test having had one 18 months before, but Hidden Hearings call centre were very persuasive in saying I should have an annual test. I said I thought a waste of time as I felt my hearing hadn't deteriorated but still attended the appointment. I was correct and felt sorry for wasting the hearing specialists time.
