Great service. I needed to transfer files from a phone with a broken screen to my new phone. A great price was given for the use of a temporary screen and for the files to be transferred. Job was done within 30 mins. Highly recommend.

I'm looking at the other reviews and wondering if this was just the owner having a bad day. Our experience was terrible. I got in touch through the website to ask if they could help and to see if the screen would be a genuine part replacement, which they said it would. I went with my son to have the smashed screen repaired but afterwards it was obvious the screen was not a genuine replacement and the phone glitched like crazy. I what I can only describe as a huffy attitude the owner took the phone back and said 'fine, fine I'll just change it back because I can see that you are going to have issues.' We did have issues -the screen replacement was unacceptable. We waited another hour while he reattached the broken screen. He didn't even look at us as we left. Terrible customer service. Simply very rude.A shame.In response to your reply - the one star is justified because of your rude manner. You were clearly miffed and put out that my son questioned the screen, but he was doing so because you had told him in a message that it was an official replacement - that turned out to be false information.Yes, you did spend 2 hours on his phone. The first was fitting a phone that glitched, very clearly glitched, and the second hour was replacing the original screen.We went straight from your shop to another in Caerphilly who sorted us out within 35 minutes -and he was polite and courteous.

Had a screen cover put on last week cost £5 very happy then this week went back as Tesco changed my phone and I needed a replacement cover. This time guy tried to charge me £10 I showed him the £5 charge on my bank account from last week. I do not like being taken for a fool.
