Great experience so far. Good interest rates and simple to use App to login. The only reason I have taken off a star is it would be helpful to have a phone number but online support has been rapid so it's not a big deal.

Notice account pays monthly interest but in to the account, no option to pay in to a linked account. So if you want to withdraw it you have to wait 90 days!!

I think this bank is great, no sure why the reviews are so negative. I set up the online bank easily, have a high interest rate and the app is simple to transfer money into and access. Great stuff.

I have been banking with this organisation for only a few months but I have been deeply impressed by their quite outstanding customer service. Online chat is virtually immediate and the operators are helpful and effective. Such a contrast to some of the better known names I have banked with! Thank you.

pretty poor. it takes forever to log into app, then you need to log into computer to read or send messages. Unreal experience

It says online, then you find out after doing all the checking out of personal details that you need an app. what a waste of time as i do not have one of these phones that has apps.
