We were completely satisfied with the service provided by Kiddie Soft Play from the moment of enquiry through to when the equipment were taken down.  The children had a lovely time and just didn't want to stop. They didn't even want to get off the bouncy castle when it time for it to be dismantled - that shows how much fun they were having.I would definitely recommend Kiddie Soft Play to anyone planning a children's party or similar function.Just to also add that their equipment is very clean and every effort was made to ensure that I got the package that was right for me. Communication was frequent and clear and they were prompt on delivery. Set up was quite efficient and they made sure we were happy with everything before they left.Thanks again Kiddie Soft Play for making my baby boy's 1st birthday such a special one.

KiddieSoftPlay are an absolutely amazing company! My boys first birthday was originally planned for December, but unfortunately it all for cancelled on the day due to the snow. The communication and support I received from Barbara was absolutely amazing! They kept my deposit for me and said I could come back at any point. I eventually had my boys party this weekend and we hired the jungle tots surrounding! Once again the communication was amazing. They were so relaxed at the set up and at no point did I feel ant pressure, they were relaxed with tidying up. I couldn't not fault them in anyway! My boy had the most amazing day shared with friends from 6 months to 11 years! All of the children used the soft play and had an amazing time! Thank you KiddieSoftPlay! Would defo recommend to anyone and will use again!
