Upgrade responded very quickly to my enquiry. The quote was fair and despite being busy they did my job very soon after. I was very pleased with the efficiency and the quality of the work.

They’re that rare breed of contractor that actually shows up to work when they say will, is responsive, conscientious, professional, and generally puts the client first. We had our bathroom remodelled while we were living overseas, and they did an amazing job, sending regular updates and going the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the end result. They are extremely trustworthy, and I had no qualms giving them a set of keys to our flat so they could get to work while we were away. If you’re looking for a builder that knows what they’re doing, is down to earth, and good value for money, look no further!

Our over-15-years old boiler went ‘annual broken’ again. Marc was here checking the whole system and making detailed explanation on how to fix it as well as the remaining potential faulty parts. He provided clear quotes for the repairs, and for installing a new boiler. We definitely don’t want to lose the heating anytime soon again so we went for a replacement. The job was done by Allan within one day, efficiently and professionally! Unexpectedly, I reached out to Marc agains as I smelled gas near the boiler. Very slight smell but should be checked for sure. Allan came on the same day and did a careful check. After verifying the installation was done properly, the fault should come from the boiler itself. He contacted the boiler manufacturer for us and asked for the earliest appointment. Now the boiler is working property after this appointment, and of course, the installation was all fine as expected. Marc was messaging for updates even before I send to him. Even the whole process takes longer, I’m quite satisfied with the service!

Absolutely fantastic to find such a perfectionist who has such pride in delivering a quality end result. From the first meeting with Marc to the sign off, Marc has communicated clearly on all stages of the build. Care and attention to detail works well with my OCD! And Marc's. Sadly the consequence of great workmanship means we may now need to consider a new kitchen from them. Thanks so much. Neil

having had issues with a refurbishment of our main bathroom by various trades, we had to have the floor lifted and refitted. Marc and his team did a great job, quick and very clean. On the back of that success we asked Marc to totally refit our second bathroom. Another great job. Highly recommended.
