We had our printing done here for our wedding a few weeks ago. Ruth was amazing- so friendly and kind and was really helpful throughout, even when we had to make lots of last minute changes/ add ons. Very reasonably priced and everything looked amazing!

Very helpful staff, and reasonable prices. We have used them for Children's birthday invitations, large (A1 sized sheet) posters and small (A5) booklets. I simply edited my documents in Word / LucidPress, converted to high definition .pdf and either emailed or hand delivered files on a memory stick. Finished product is of very high quality and prices are fair and reasonable.

Really excellent service today when I urgently required some ‘orders of service’ sheets produced. Everything was provided with the utmost efficiency within a very short timescale and I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the work undertaken and the courteous service provided. Thank you.

These guys are amazing. Ruth has saved my bacon quite a few times now with last minute jobs! Today she ran off 250 flyers an hour before the shop closed for an event this weekend. Totally reliable and trustworthy and lovely people!

I was surprised to read the earlier comments. I have been using prontaprint regularly to print a church magazine for several years and have always found the staff very helpful. Rarely am I left waiting for a meaningful amount of time. Jopbs have always been done rapidly and I have sent in print jobs with email attachments and not had any problems. Quality of printing is excellent.

Went in with a general enquiry, found the staff to be rude, patronising and unhelpful. Implied that because the image I wanted to print would have to be accessed from the internet I would somehow give their system a virus and that it would be copyrighted and/or low resolution when I hadn't even told them what I wanted printed yet! No point standing there begging for their services as they didn't seem to want my custom anyway! Will stick to using public libraries where I can always get the job done hassle free instead of dealing with a pair of uptight w*nkers like these!
